Repairs & Service **
When you have problems with your sound system, we will come to you!  Whether you have a sound system that is large or small, modern or 'vintage’, we can quickly and accurately diagnose problems and give you the best repair options.  In churches, theaters, clubs, municipal buildings, restaurants, where ever sound systems are used, we can figure out what the problem is and the best way to fix it.  We will tell you from the beginning what to expect, both in cost and time required.  And with larger repairs, if unforeseen problems do arise (and they sometimes do) we will immediately inform you, and if at all possible show you exactly what the unexpected complication is and how it effects the repair. 

**NOTE: We do on site troubleshooting and repairs of entire systems.  We do not repair individual components!  Components are either sent to the manufacturer for factory service; or sent to technicians in central NC for repairs.

 We design and install commercial sound systems for most facilities,music venues, night clubs, theaters, houses of worship, restaurants, municipal buildings, education spaces, museums & tours.  In addition we also install paging and ambient music systems for offices, waiting rooms and industrial space. 

At JMB Audio we design every system to meet the specific needs of the user.  We design each system from scratch.  We have access to dozens of manufacturers and we select the components that are best for your needs.  We do not hold major components in stock, so we are always choosing the best and the newest model that fits your needs, and not just trying to clear out our warehouse. 
In existing structures we will work with you to preserve the look of your space while creating a sound system that meets your needs and does not diminish the beauty of your building and its rooms.  We will install the system with minimal intrusion and with maximum care.
In new construction we will work closely with you to create the sound system that fits your needs, your vision and your budget.  Our installation can work efficiently and in concert with your other contractors, reducing costs and delays.
Whether your primary use is an orchestra or a single person speaking, or a combination of many sorts of music and speech, we can create a sound system that meets those needs.  And we will install it with care and with pride in our work.

We take on every project as a unique one, creating a design that does exactly what you need, instead of trying to applying a blanket solution.  JMB Audio works with dozens of audio manufacturing companies, but we do not use any companies products exclusively.  We order in the major components for each system we design after selecting the ones we believe are right for your specific application.  We work hard to get you the components that will work best for you, not just to sell you what we have in stock.
